<div>We are looking for a Localization Freelancers Manager who will help us scale up our translation efforts and contribute to a seamless collaboration between our team and all of our stakeholders.&#160;</div>
<div>&#160;</div>
<div><strong>What you will do:</strong></div>
<div>- Lead an international localization subteam of freelance translators working through a third-party platform. This includes managing the full lifecycle of freelance team members: recruitment, onboarding, retention, offboarding, and contract closure.</div>
<div>- Foster effective communication within the freelancers team and keep them informed of company updates. Organize and facilitate quarterly team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and review internal processes.</div>
<div>- Monitor and evaluate freelancers team performance, providing actionable feedback to promote continuous improvement.</div>
<div>- Organize team-building initiatives and enhance current activities to strengthen collaboration.</div>
<div>- Contribute to the localization management team by participating in quarterly planning discussions and providing constructive feedback.</div>
<div>- Align your work with the company&#8217;s principles and actively engage in company and team events and meetings.</div>

<div><strong>What We Expect:</strong></div>
<div>- Strong people management skills;</div>
<div>- Experience within similar position (at least 2 years);</div>
<div>- Excellent English communication skills;</div>
<div>- Team player with cross-functional communication skills;&#160;</div>
<div>- Strong time management and organizational skills;Experience in working within remote teams and freelancers;</div>
<div>- Comfortable with constant change of priorities;</div>
<div>- Readiness and ability to adjust to working with international team;</div>
<div>- Creative personality with passion for learning.</div>

<div>Recommended skills to have:&#160;</div>
<div>- Knowledge and/or experience in website development, WordPress, and the hosting market;&#160;</div>
<div>- Experience using Upwork for team management purposes.</div>
<div>- Experience within Localization industry would be a plus.</div>
